The Caddyshack - PCB - Golf Sim

Welcome to The Caddyshack, a spacious, entertainment-packed beach retreat in Panama City Beach designed for large groups, family vacations, golf trips, and multi-family stays. This home combines comfortable sleeping arrangements with standout entertainment spaces and resort-style outdoor amenities — all located within approximately a 10-minute walk to beach access.

The main level features a large open-concept living area with plenty of seating and an oversized dining space that comfortably seats 12 guests, making it easy for everyone to gather for meals, games, or relaxing after a beach day. The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay, with ample counter space, cookware, and appliances.

Also on the main floor is a private master suite featuring a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A convenient half bath and full laundry room are also located on the main level.

Upstairs, you’ll find a second master suite with a king bed and another walk-in shower. Additional sleeping spaces include a guest bedroom with two queen beds and a large bunk room featuring two queen beds with two twin bunks above, perfect for kids, teens, or extra guests. The upstairs hallway bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.

Entertainment is one of the standout features of The Caddyshack. Enjoy a dedicated theater room with a large comfortable couch for movie nights and streaming. The home also includes a full-size golf simulator room complete with both left-handed and right-handed golf clubs available for guests to use. Connected to the simulator area is an additional upstairs lounge space featuring four TVs, allowing guests to watch multiple games, shows, cartoons, or events at the same time. A mini fridge is also located in this upstairs entertainment area for added convenience.

All TVs throughout the home are Smart TVs, allowing guests to log into their own streaming services during their stay.

Step outside to your private backyard oasis featuring a heated/chilled swimming pool with a tanning ledge and an approximate depth of 5 feet at the deepest point. The outdoor space also includes a hot tub, lounge chairs, outdoor grill, griddle, and a putting green for even more golf-inspired fun. Whether you’re relaxing poolside, grilling dinner, or practicing your short game, the outdoor area is designed for all-day enjoyment.

The driveway comfortably accommodates up to 3 vehicles.

Pool heat/chiller may require advance notice and may include seasonal limitations.

Hot tub and pool use are at guests’ own risk. Children should always be supervised.

Golf simulator equipment should be used responsibly. Guests are responsible for any damage to simulator equipment, screens, or clubs.

Outdoor amenities and pool temperatures may be affected by weather conditions.

Guests are encouraged to rinse off sand before entering the pool or hot tub.

All Smart TVs require guests to use their own streaming accounts/logins during their stay.

Depending on season, lawn/pool maintenance vendors may access exterior areas during daytime hours.
